Tagline... you're it!

I'll give the taglines, you guess the movie titles.

(Spoiler alert: these are linked to the IMDb list of taglines for the movie.)

Theater 1
His story will touch you, even though he can't.

Theater 2
A comedy about standing on your own four feet.

Theater 3
This holiday, discover your inner elf.

Theater 4
Not easy being meh.

Another hint coming up...

Hint #2: The taglines belong to these movies...

A. Edward Scissorhands (1990)
B. Elf (2003)
C. The Emoji Movie (2017)

(Not all movies referenced during this challenge are quality films, but I appreciate their witty taglines.)

Theater 1: A

Theater 4: C

How did you do? Have you seen any of the movies? Which one is your favorite? Which tagline is your favorite?

Can you believe I have yet to see Edward Scissorhands? It's been on my "to watch" list forever. And I haven't seen The Emoji Movie, even though I get a kick out of its tagline.

My favorite of the taglines: Not easy being meh.

My favorite of the movies: The Emperor's New Groove. I love the clever writing!

  1. Well I failed dismally on this one - I'd only seen Edward Scissorhands and that was a loooong time ago.

    1. One of these days I will watch Edward Scissorhands. How can I call myself a Johnny Depp fan when I haven't seen that one?

  2. I got the first two right away. The second two I had to think about a bit. Loved the Emperor's New Groove. Haven't seen the other three.

    1. The Emperor's New Groove is one of the few movies I've purchased over the years. A favorite, for sure!

  3. Edward Scissorhands is Tim Burton brilliance. Johnny Depp too.
