Theme: Making movie lines our own.
"That'll do, pig."
A difficulty with artistic projects--writing, photographing, filming, editing--is knowing when enough is enough. I get caught up in tweaking and re-tweaking. Adjusting this, changing that. Still, with subjective undertakings it can never be perfect.
So sometimes, borrowing a line from Farmer Hoggett (James Cromwell) in Babe (1995), I tell myself, "That'll do, pig. That'll do."
OH, yes, I know exactly what you mean. Great quote! LOL
ReplyDeleteGlad I am not alone in this. :-)
DeleteI love that line, even if it makes me cry. The look on Farmer Hoggett's face is what does it, pride and love.
ReplyDeleteIt makes me teary-eyed, too!
