Comic Relief: The Producers

The following two clips are from The Producers (1968).

In the first clip, accountant Leo Bloom (Gene Wilder), accidentally gives a crazy idea to producer Max Bialystock (Zero Mostel): He could get rich by producing a flop.  [Wow, if that were easy, the fear of failure would certainly take a back seat.]




But the plan backfires when their Broadway "flop," Springtime for Hitler, is a huge success.  Max exclaims, "Where did I go right?"
